Roads
The roads are in great condition. Paved all the way to the property line. The seller hired a manufactured home specialist to come out and access the road to ensure delivery of either a large manufactured home, log home or kit home. The best route for delivery is to take the Summit Exit off of Hwy 17 then turn right on Soquel/San Jose Rd then left on Miller Hill Rd., follow it up and stay to the right which turns into Miller Cut off go up a ways and then turn right onto Ocean View, you will come to a little sign that says "This way to 10, 25, 30, 35, 50, 65, 75, 80", take this road till you come to 50, do not turn left which goes down to 65, 75 & 80. Instead park along side the road and walk past the gate. You will see a little sign saying "50" and the property is across from the sign up the driveway on your right.
